This Privacy Policy describes how Aries Adaptive Media, LLC, doing business as Reflex Radio (“Reflex Radio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information on the public Reflex Radio website, including Get Early Access and business inquiries.

This website is operated by Aries Adaptive Media, LLC, doing business as Reflex Radio. The public contact address is contactus@reflex-radio.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the public website hosted on Shopify, including forms to join Early Access and to send a business inquiry.

It does not cover:

• historical Reflex Radio mobile apps, which have separate policies;
• internal research tools;
• a future consumer app, wearable connection, or music-service connection, none of which this website provides;
• purchase or checkout on this homepage, which is postponed.

Information you give us

Get Early Access

If you join Early Access, we ask for your email address and your agreement to receive launch updates by email. The same form appears in a few places on the homepage. Early Access is an email list, not a purchase or a reserved product.

When you join, Shopify may create or update a customer record with your marketing consent so we can send those updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. We do not ask for a name, phone number, workout details, wearable, or music-service account to join.

Business inquiries

If you use Talk with Reflex for Business, we ask for your name, work email, company, role or title, company type, a short message, optional phone number, and your agreement that we may reply at the work email you provided. That message is delivered to Reflex as a business inquiry, not as a marketing-list signup.

What this website does not collect

This website does not collect workout logs, wearable or biometric data, health information, Apple Music account data, Spotify account data, playlists, or listening history. Mentions of Apple Music or Spotify on the site are product descriptions, not a data connection. Brand graphics on the site are decorative. They are not measurements of a visitor’s body or music.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, our hosting platform and related website technologies may collect ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar storefront logs.

The site may also store small first-party values in your browser for the current session so Early Access can show the right confirmation after you return. Those values are not the contents of the form, such as your email address.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the storefront, remember basic preferences, measure website use, help with security, and support Shopify platform features. Even though Shop is postponed on this homepage, Shopify may still use cookies that are part of a normal Shopify store.

A cookie notice from a consent tool may appear depending on where you visit from. In some locations it may not appear. Analytics and similar technologies described in this policy may run when you load the page.

You can also use your browser controls to limit cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the website, including whether someone starts or completes Early Access or sends a business inquiry. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text to Google Analytics as event details.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may receive ordinary technical information from your browser. Google’s own notices also apply to Google’s processing.

CAPTCHA and security

Shopify may show a security check (including a CAPTCHA) before accepting a form. That check is operated as part of Shopify’s platform, not by a Reflex-built challenge page. The security provider processes the information needed to complete the check.

Fonts

This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google when the page loads.

Links to other sites

The site includes ordinary links to Instagram. If you follow a link, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply. We do not embed an Instagram feed on this website.

Apple Music and Spotify are named as music services for the next Reflex. This website does not connect your visit to Apple or Spotify, and it does not send your information to those companies.

Service providers

We use companies that help us operate the website. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Depending on how you use the site, that may include:

• Shopify, which hosts the storefront, customer records, contact-form delivery, and related storefront features;
• Google, for analytics and fonts, as described above;
• a CAPTCHA or similar security provider when Shopify requires a check;
• a cookie-consent provider that may present a notice depending on your location.

Shopify may also load checkout, Shop Pay, or similar platform features that are part of a Shopify store.

How we use information

We use Early Access information to send the launch updates you asked for. We use business-inquiry information to understand and reply to partnership questions. We use analytics and technical logs to understand website use and keep the site working. We use security checks to reduce spam and abuse. We do not use these website forms to train Adaptive Music Intelligence, to connect a music account, or to read a wearable.

When we share information

We share information with the service providers described above. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect Reflex Radio, our users, or others. We do not sell your email address as a marketing list. Analytics and advertising-related technologies described above may still involve third parties receiving ordinary website technical information.

Retention

We keep Early Access and inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including to maintain the email list you joined or to continue a business conversation, unless a legal requirement or a valid request requires a different result.

Security

We use Shopify’s hosted storefront and HTTPS. No website can promise perfect security.

Your choices

• You can choose not to join Early Access or send a business inquiry.
• You can unsubscribe from Early Access emails using the link in those emails.
• You can contact us at contactus@reflex-radio.com about your information.
• Your browser may offer cookie and storage controls.

If a privacy law gives you additional rights, you may contact us at the email above. This website does not currently offer a separate self-service privacy portal.

Children

This website is a company and product site. It is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website changes. A later version will show a new date.
