These Terms of Use apply to the public Reflex Radio website operated by Aries Adaptive Media, LLC, doing business as Reflex Radio (“Reflex Radio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Agreement

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the website Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this website is

This website describes the next Reflex Radio and Adaptive Music Intelligence (AMI). AMI is being built. Historical product screens and photographs, where shown, are labeled as the first Reflex, not as the upcoming product. Status lines such as “IN DEVELOPMENT NOW” mean the described product is not a finished public app on this website.

This website does not provide an API, software development kit, music playback, wearable connection, or account login. Signing up or sending an inquiry does not guarantee access, a launch date, a feature, or a business relationship.

Get Early Access

Early Access is an email list for launch updates. It is not a purchase, subscription, beta license, or reserved product. Reflex Radio may change, delay, or decline any later product offering.

Business inquiries

The Reflex for Business form is a way to contact us. Submitting it is not a contract, partnership, license, or confidentiality agreement unless we later agree to one in a signed writing.

Shop and commerce

Shop, cart, and checkout are postponed on this homepage. They are not abandoned. These Terms do not set purchase, subscription, refund, or recurring-billing rules because those transactions are not a current offering on this homepage.

Intellectual property

The website, including copy, layout, graphics, and images, is owned by Reflex Radio or used with permission or other appropriate rights. Reflex Radio® and Flex to the Beat® are trademarks of Reflex Radio. Do not use them without permission.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and submit the published forms with accurate information. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms the service, submit spam or unlawful content, or imply that Reflex Radio endorses you without permission.

Third-party services and names

The site links to Instagram. If you follow that link, Instagram’s terms apply.

Apple Music and Spotify are third-party music services named on this website. Those names do not mean Apple, Spotify, or any other provider endorses, sponsors, partners with, or has approved Reflex Radio. If you use those services, their own terms apply.

The website is hosted by Shopify. Shopify’s platform terms and privacy notices also apply to Shopify’s processing.

User-submitted information

If you submit Early Access or a business inquiry, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having the right to send it. We may use that information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The website may change, break, or go offline. We may update these Terms. A later published version will show a new date.

Disclaimers

The website is provided as an informational public site. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reflex Radio does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, or that every product capability described will exist at any particular time. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers. If those rules apply to you, some of the above may not apply.
